Introduction of Double Helix Compost Windrow Turner
Double helix compost turners are used for making compost piles, fermenting and composting organic waste, such as animals & fowls manure, sludge waste, sugar filter mud, and straw sawdust etc. There are two spiral arms moving in the trough. Materials can be mixed and fermented in the trough for 7-10 days. Temperature should be between 60-70℃; Moisture content should be between 40-50%. This fertilizer composting equipment can be widely used in organic fertilizer plant, BB fertilizer production line, sludge garbage plant, gardening and Agaricus bisporus planting. Suitable for aerobic fermentation, the double helix windrow turner can be compatible with solar-energy fermentation chamber, fermentation tank,and other compost machines.
